DECKERFORM – We turn ideas into products
We love good ideas – and we turn them into real products. As a family business based in Aichach, we support our clients from the initial sketch to series production. We work with people who want to create something: product developers, startups, and manufacturers from a wide range of industries. When an idea is to become a product that works in everyday life and wins over the market, we get involved, think ahead, bring structure to the development process – and, above all, ensure that ideas take shape. We combine development, toolmaking, and injection molding into a seamless process. This is how a vision gradually transforms into a production-ready product – well-conceived, feasible, and ready for the market. With our team, we develop customized solutions – even for demanding designs, new materials, or special requirements. Always with the aim of creating something that truly convinces people. Our driving force: turning ideas into products that last. Or, as we say: "If we do something, we do it right."

DECKERFORM PolyFoamFIBRE
DECKERFORM introduces PolyFoamFIBRE, an innovative technology that combines organosheets with foam-injected filler material to create rigid, lightweight, and sustainable composite components. The mechanical properties can be precisely tailored, making this process ideal for advanced applications like novel chair substructures.

DECKERFORM PolyFoamX – Efficient Production for Small Series
With PolyFoamX, DECKERFORM presents a process designed for low-volume production of thin-walled, flat plastic parts. This method combines traditional injection moulding with foam injection, enabling efficient, lightweight, and strong components—especially suited for custom or limited production runs.

Decorative Lasermarking
INDIVIDUALISATION WITH LASER TECHNOLOGY Our laser additives make it possible to permanently mark, label and decorate plastics. We provide comprehensive service from developing a project idea through to the realisation of it. Our laboratory has two infra-red lasers with wavelengths of 1064 nm that are used for trials and tests until the best quality marking has been achieved. COLOURS & EFFECTS THAT EXCITE Effect pigments are used in the decorative area of plastics as well as in the functional area and have become an essential part of modern product designs. Social developments and associated colour trends are constantly being researched. Selected colours are refined by special effect pigments and make the end product unique and worthy. The result of our effort and expertise is our annual COLOUR VISION series, a colour concept which is highly appreciated by branded product manufacturers, creative designers of consumer products as well as plastic processors.

DEI®BASE MASTERBATCH
We have developed our Dei®Base Masterbatches for the fastest delivery. This range includes 50 colors that can be used universally and are immediately available from stock.

DEI®BIO MASTERBATCH
For the coloring of bioplastics, we develop customer-specific masterbatches and pigment preparations that are individually tailored to our customers' biomaterial. We offer suitable masterbatches for bioplastics made from renewable raw materials (e.g. bio-based PE, PVC, PA) as well as for biodegradable and compostable plastics (e.g. PLA, PBS, PHA). If required, the criteria of DIN EN 13432 regarding biodegradability can also be taken into account and met.
DEI®BLACK & WHITE MASTERBATCH
Although we have the addition "Buntfarbenfabrik" in our company name, we have always supplied our customers with black & white masterbatches. This range includes 14 masterbatches and is available from stock starting at 1 kg. These black & white types are the result of years of experience from our colorists and our customers. They were developed for universal use in various types of plastic as well as for special areas of application. Others are particularly highly filled in order to achieve an optimal cost-benefit ratio and to meet the individual requirements of the users. * From stock suitable conditionally suitable unsuitable They have a lightfastness of approx. 8 and can be used up to the processing temperature of the polymer to be colored. In addition, we can also draw on hundreds of existing black & white recipes or develop new shades tailored to the needs of our customers.

DEI®SINTER PULVERPIGMENTE
We offer high-quality pigment-based color concentrates for the press sintering process for the production of semi-finished plastic products. These colors are characterized by very good dispersion and are adjusted according to customer requirements. The technical requirements regarding light fastness, temperature resistance and the required regulations such as REACH, Food Contact, etc. are implemented as required.
DEI®TECH MASTERBATCH
We develop and produce customer-specific (tailor-made) Dei®Tech masterbatches according to color templates based on a sample part and the relevant color charts such as RAL, Pantone, HKS or NCS. Our masterbatches are individually tailored to the customer's polymer. We supply masterbatches based on PA, PE, PP, ABS, SAN, EVA and many more. If required, our Dei®Tech Tailor Made masterbatches can also be supplied as combination batches, e.g. with UV protection agents, laser additives, etc.
Demolding Optimization
Our demolding polishing process delivers high-performance, functional surfaces for tool and mold making. The goal is not just visual brilliance, but a technically optimized surface that ensures reliable and consistent demolding of components. Through precise manual and machine processing, tool surfaces are refined to achieve the following: • Friction is minimized • Adhesion is reduced • Cycle times remain stable • Rework of the plastic part is avoided This results in measurable added value for production and tool life.

Demolding with mechanical sliders.
We realize the majority of our mold projects with mechanical slides and offer extensive experience with, among other things: - Demolding with a mechanical slide (up to 23 slides per cavity, see Figure 1) - Demolding with an inclined ejector and latch lock - Demolding with an underfloor slide - Demolding with a hydraulic or electric core.

Demoulding
Demoulding - Ejector coupling - Latch lock - Two stage ejector - Friction pullers - Undercut release lifter - Slide retainer - Locking cylinder - Air valve - Dynamic gas venting systems

Demoulding elements
Our extensive range of demoulding products includes many tried and trusted products such as two-stage ejectors, components for controlling 3-plate moulds, and various demoulding aids.
