      Diffusionsfolien

With our optical foils in various designs we offer the ideal solution for every requirement. Whether modern lighting concepts with mostly tiny LED light sources or flat lighting systems. With our light-diffusing foils you achieve an optimal light diffusion without visible hotspots at highest transmission. Point-shaped light sources are transformed into pleasantly uniformly illuminated surfaces. We offer all optical foils as rolled goods with 250 m per roll in a width of 700 mm or in our standard sheet size 700 mm x 3050 mm. Of course, we are also happy to realize customer-specific coils, blanks or finished parts for you. Individual colouring is also available on request for a minimum quantity.

    2. Digicolor Dosing and Colouring

      Digicolor Dosing and Colouring

Digicolor dosing units for additives, masterbatch and regrind are characterised by the highest metering accuracy. The product range includes units that meter volumetrically or gravimetrically. Gravimetric dosing units are used in particular when consumption quantities are to be recorded and documented. The so-called micro-dosing units complete the comprehensive product range. These units are specially optimised for processing minibatch and microbatch. All dosing units are particularly compact and space-saving and are mounted directly above the intake zone of the processing machine. Digicolor dosing units are highly suitable for the production of technical, optical and medical parts. This is due to the consistent construction of all units from high-quality stainless steel components. Gravimetric batch blenders from Digicolor are used to reliably mix free-flowing granulates, regrind, masterbatch and other additives in the desired proportions. After the mixing process, the produced granulate mixtures are further processed on injection moulding machines or extruders. A gravimetric batch dosing device, called batch blender for short, can be installed in different ways: either directly on the processing machine or next to the machine (injection moulding machine or extruder).

    3. Digital coating

      Digital coating

Based on an appropriately prepared digital data set, even complex surfaces can be coated directly in digital printing. Our optimal process integration enables digital printing at industry-standard speed and quality. The enormous flexibility of inkjet allows the possibilities to be limitless. E.g. decorations with logos in the interior of a car or operating panels of washing machines in different languages – both can be individualised in seconds, just by the transmission of a different data set. Not only the materials to be printed are variable, but the coating ink can also vary in a vast range. Conductive digital printing inks, for example, will fundamentally change how electronics are manufactured in the future. Functional inks for sensors, circuits, and batteries – all can be printed on suitable substrates. These inks can conduct electricity, store data, insulate, change colors and states, or emit light. Functional inks combined with digital freeform printing can open up entirely new market opportunities.

    4. Digital Profile for your tool

      Digital Profile for your tool

As our customer, you have the opportunity to access your projects via a protected area. In a very clear structured dashboard you can see your current and past projects and a profile of each tool with images and videos of the manufacturing and sampling process, all 2D and 3D data for items, tools, hot runners and electrodes. This means you always have everything at hand that makes it easier for the tool to start up smoothly in your production.

    5. Digital Transformation Toward Smart and Connected Injection Molding Production

Digital Transformation Toward Smart and Connected Injection Molding Production

At Kuteno, SHIBAURA MACHINE LWB demonstrates how the new V70 control system, the IIoT platform "machiNetCloud," and the AI system "Virtual Machine Expert" pave the way for smart, connected production in plastics processing and injection molding. Together, these three technologies create a seamless, data-driven ecosystem that significantly boosts productivity, efficiency, transparency, and planning reliability. The V70 control system meets the demands of a "Smart Factory" with precision. Its open OPC-UA architecture (Euromap 63/77) ensures smooth integration of machines and peripherals. Intuitive operation, intelligent assistance features, and built-in tools for faster tool setup, cycle time optimization, and error analysis enhance process efficiency and reduce startup times. Users benefit from more stable operations, consistent quality, and a rapid return on investment. The IIoT solution "machiNetCloud" complements the control system by securely connecting machines, data, and processes. It captures, analyzes, and displays production data in real time. This transparency improves OEE values, highlights downtime, and enables predictive maintenance planning. The platform also offers secure remote access, cutting response times, lowering service costs, and optimizing global support structures. The AI system "Virtual Machine Expert" continuously monitors all critical process parameters, detects deviations early, and proactively prevents potential errors or component issues. This increases machine availability, enhances part quality, and ensures long-term process reliability. This solution suits both electric and hydraulic injection molding machines and integrates flexibly into existing production environments.

    7. Direct laser marking on the product

Direct laser marking on the product

Products made from recycled material have not just been in vogue since 2022. However, the recycling cycle usually ends at this point, as labels in combination with water-insoluble adhesive are required for product labeling and thus, the possibility of recycling ends. Continue the recycling cycle through direct laser marking on the product. Replace labels, ink, sleeves and water-insoluble adhesive with a laser marking. Through the neutral behavior of the laser additives in the recycling process, with a recycled material base a 100% recyclability will be given.
