      A mould with conformal cooling, additive manufactured out of H11 (1.2343)? Currrently a task where only a few providers can deliver the right solution. /H&B/ is convinced of the benefits of this steel, as well as most oft he mould makers are convinced: wear resistance, thermal stability, heat conductivity and hot hardnes. As one of the first providers in market we now are able to print parts out of H11 (1.2343). Additionally we offer the design of the conformal cooling channels, based on in-depth knowledge of our engineers as well as years of experience in mouldmaking and injection moulding. The impact of conforming cooling on all components, mould, tempering unit and injection moulding process is evaluated through a comprehensive approach.

      We manufacture 3D electrodes based on your data. Our in-house CAD/CAM department prepares the data for later production on modern 3- and 5-axis HSC machines. Our technologies enable the creation of complex geometries, thin webs, freeform surfaces and delicate contours with the highest precision. ► Single-part and series production ► Finished part dimensions up to 500 x 500 x 300 (5-axis) ► Finished part dimensions up to 2000 x 1000 x 750 (3-axis)

      COMPLETELY DIGITAL AND VIRTUALLY UNLIMITED. 3D-LaserEngraving is effected with the most modern, fully digital technology for maximum performance. This makes possible virtually endless design options for innovative and individual textures. In this process, the engraving is applied directly to the steel surface of the mold with a five-axis fiber laser, working in every dimension. The successive build-up of the topography for the engraving takes place in individual ablation steps, removing layers of varying thicknesses. The number of layers and steps determines the depth and the three-dimensionality of the engraving.
