/H&B/ is convinced of the benefits of this steel, as well as most oft he mould makers are convinced: wear resistance, thermal stability, heat conductivity and hot hardnes. As one of the first providers in market we now are able to print parts out of H11 (1.2343).
Additionally we offer the design of the conformal cooling channels, based on in-depth knowledge of our engineers as well as years of experience in mouldmaking and injection moulding. The impact of conforming cooling on all components, mould, tempering unit and injection moulding process is evaluated through a comprehensive approach.
