When choosing your hollow chamber panels, you make a decision on the form, colour, size, thickness, pressure, with or without a fold and whether with open or closed edges. A thickness of 3-30 mm is possible depending on requirements. Our Aircell® air chamber panel has a Standard size of 2300 x 1200 mm. Our hollow chamber panels meet the highest technical requirements of the automotive industry and are also used as boot floors, truck beds or side panels. The long durability, high stability, corrosion and rust resistance and the water-repellent surface make our panels the right choice. The best thing is that we produce in-line, i.e. without a bonding agent, so that we can offer the highest quality for an attractive price. AL-Q
The AL-Q from ALPHA LASER is a laser class 1 welding cell designed for automated production. It features an electric door that opens and closes at the push of a button, facilitating quick loading of the work chamber. The centrally arranged worktable accommodates individual parts or magazines, and long components can be inserted through a passage in the worktable or optional side slots. For enhanced automation, a pick-and-place system can be connected or retrofitted. The AL-Q is available with air-cooled fiber laser sources of 150, 300, 450, or 600 watts, with the 450 and 600-watt versions optionally water-cooled. It supports various ALPHA LASER processing heads, with an optional quick-change system. Programming is user-friendly via the WINLaserNC software, which doesn't require G-codes. Manual welding tasks can also be performed by connecting optional 2D video goggles, allowing work with the door open under additional safety measures. An external extraction system efficiently removes welding fumes.

AL-Rock
The AL-ROCK mobil by ALPHA LASER is a versatile, fully integrated robotic system designed for laser surface hardening and welding applications. Equipped with a powerful 4 kW fiber laser, it offers seven distinct processes in a single machine, including laser welding, surface layer hardening, and additive manufacturing with metal. Its compact design and caterpillar track ensure easy mobility, allowing quick positioning at the workpiece and readiness for operation in under five minutes. The system includes various interchangeable optical components and integrates all necessary elements, such as the robot controller and powder feeder, eliminating the need for additional control cabinets. This mobility and flexibility make the AL-ROCK mobil ideal for on-site operations and tasks requiring frequent relocation.
