Single-stage shredding of solid start-up lumps

The MG 450/300 BR lump shredders shred solid start-up lumps, clumps, sheets, and similar materials in a single stage. The lump shredder's rotor is machined from a single piece of blank, resulting in exceptional stability when transmitting even high torques.

The U-CUT blade geometry enables a cutting principle based on a so-called "peel cut" combined with a cutting depth limiter. This prevents the rotor blades from cutting too deeply into the plastic lumps being shredded.

The material is "peeled" from the lump, preventing rotor jamming and ensuring fast and energy-efficient shredding.
