In today's injection molding industry, the high demands for component quality, cycle time, 24/7 production, and automation place a significant emphasis on the process reliability of mold temperature control. To address this, NONNENMANN is expanding its portfolio in autumn 2025 and will henceforth offer water batteries for injection molding production. These batteries distribute water and regulate flow close to the mold; the user can thus monitor the temperature control flow for the individual water circuits of the mold directly at the injection molding machine and directly influence changes in each channel using adjustable settings. As a combination of optical flow indicator, manual flow regulator, and thermometer, the water battery is an essential component in the process chain for effective and efficient mold temperature control.
