      Assemblies

Assemblies with technical plastic parts, specially developed and manufactured for industrial applications, stand out for their lightweight and aesthetically pleasing yet robust appearance. The molded parts provide an ideal solution for industrial applications where precise fit, high stability, and economical production are important. Thanks to modern technology, even complex geometries can be achieved with high dimensional accuracy. Specific material properties required for your plastic components are also precisely tailored to the requirements of each project.

      Assembly

Fried Assembly – The advantages at a glance: - Everything at one location and everything from a single source - Implementation of manual and automated assembly processes - From individual parts to fully installed units - Optimized supply chain through concentration of added value - Execution of complex assembly processes and ESD assemblies - Assembly, testing, packaging and shipping No matter whether inside or outside the manufacturing process, Fried takes responsibility over the installation of the additional components. Fried offers complete assembly to the final product. In close coordination with our customers, we plan and implement the assembly steps from the moulding to the final product. There can also be sub-steps. We invest in complex assembly systems so you don’t have to. This also allows for reducing the logistics chain.

    3. Assembly table

      Assembly table

The innovative Meusburger H 4062 assembly table facilitates mould repair and assembly work. By way of multiple air nozzles, an air cushion is created on the underside of the moveable plates. This enables light and easy movement of the mould halves. Both split line faces are thus freely accessible without having to reposition or turn them around, enabling efficient operating. As a result, you can save time and money throughout the whole production process.

    4. Assessment of the product for suitability for use with plastics

Assessment of the product for suitability for use with plastics

We develop products tailored to the specific plastics and tooling, focusing on series production capability and process stability. FEM analyses, as well as filling and warpage simulations, ensure optimal design. Counter-crowning is precisely defined, and corrections are systematically planned. Project and mold management is integrated seamlessly within the ERP system for transparent, on-time, and cost-effective processes.

    5. AT-LINE Station

      AT-LINE Station

▶️ Versatile material testing In combination with a GÖTTFERT Laboratory Extruder, our Film Analysis System is an indispensable tool in the development and quality control of polymers and their blends. It enables a comprehensive analysis of material properties to ensure the quality and performance of film products. ▶️ Laboratory extruder X-trude series The X-trude series consists of compact laboratory extrusion systems for testing and processing polymers. The range of applications extends from simple melt dispensers for online rheometers (e.g., for determining the melt index, MVR, or viscosity) to downstream units such as film analysis (ALS) and fully automatic rheological measurement extruders (ALR) with continuous material feed via online samplers. - Variable use of available components - Optimization and coordination of drive data, cylinder system, and options according to customer requirements ▶️ Measuring heads The AT-LINE Station measuring systems combine laboratory precision with industrial robustness. They enable the continuous recording of rheological parameters such as MFR, viscosity, or viscoelastic properties—directly during the ongoing process. With systems such as MBR/MBR-TD, SSR/SSR-TD, RTR/RTS-TD, ROR and MI-ROBO, GÖTTFERT offers customized solutions for different production environments. Each measuring system is tailored to specific process requirements and provides reproducible real-time data for quality control, process optimization, and material characterization. - Mini-Bypass-Rheograph (MBR/MBR-TD) - Side-Stream-Rheometer (SSR/SSR-TD) - Real-Time-Rheometer (RTR/RTS-TD)

      ATHLONExtrusions® PMMA/ABS

ATHLONExtrusions® PMMA/ABS is a multi-layer, combination of PMMA co-extruded on high impact ABS. The benefits of this construction include an excellent A-face finish in a range of matt levels. Properties included within the range include superior scratch resistance, improved chemical resistance and excellent UV stability. These grades are all offered in an extremely wide variety of colours including metallics, pearlescent colours and a “FX” range. Easy processing during thermoforming and fabrication in all grades except the furniture products.

    7. ATMOSPHERIC PRESSURE PLASMA SYSTEMS

      ATMOSPHERIC PRESSURE PLASMA SYSTEMS

Atmospheric pressure plasma is suitable for a wide range of applications. Primarily, however, the systems are intended for local pretreatment of different surfaces, e.g. cleaning and activation of polymers, metals, ceramic, glass and hybrid materials. But the Plasma Jet process can also be used for coating. Thanks to their unique design, atmospheric pressure plasma systems by Diener electronic are suitable for use with robots and for integration in existing, automated production lines.
