Driven by this philosophy, we develop concepts that conserve resources by using recyclates. We collect materials including recyclates from our own film production as well as re-granulated materials from our customers and as far as possible use them as feedstock for new compounds. Our portfolio of high-end thermoplastic compounds covers non-filled and mineral or glass-fiber-filled granulates. These are equally suitable for injection molding, extrusion, and filament production. Our customers can choose from a portfolio of standard compounds. This enables us to accelerate the development process and the time-to-market for our customers. We can customize any standard compound to meet the required properties of the end product. Our latest product developments also include compounds with high impact resistance and electrically conductive compounds.

STARgate HRS®
STARgate HRS® is a groundbreaking, patented pin-less hot runner solution that manages flow rate through a revolutionary diaphragmatic design and movement. Engineered for maximum cooling efficiency, STARgate HRS® significantly reduces cycle times, boosting overall productivity. With no components required to guide or move needles, it simplifies manufacturing, assembly, and maintenance processes. The compact design eliminates the need for actuator installation space, usually located above the needles in standard systems, allowing for thinner back plates. Its pin-less configuration also enables smaller nozzle diameters and reduced mold pocket sizes, making STARgate HRS® a space-efficient solution. Thanks to its smooth plastic flow and minimal stagnation area, STARgate HRS® delivers faster color changes, less scrap, and lower pressure loss. Maintenance is also simplified with an easily replaceable gate insert, while the externally positioned actuator minimizes energy consumption by eliminating the need for cooling.

STASA QC – Intelligent Process Optimization with AI
STASA QC combines artificial intelligence and machine learning to automatically determine the optimal settings for injection molding machines. STEMKE Cooling
STEMKE refrigerant cooling ensures consistently optimal temperature control of injection molds by eliminating existing hot spots and adjusting the temperature to the mold temperature. This results in high injection molding quality and reduced cycle times. Customers benefit from a measurable increase in productivity. Mold cores, webs, and the smallest areas with a diameter of less than 8 mm are brought to the desired mold/demolition temperature reliably and quickly, precisely and accurately. STEMKE Flow Control
With our STEMKE Flow Control flow meter, you can detect early on whether flow reductions in the temperature control circuits have exceeded a critical value. Flow Control continuously measures the flow and return temperature of the individual temperature control zones during operation of your injection molding machine. If the specified tolerance limits are exceeded, an error signal is immediately sent to the machine operator and the injection molding machine, enabling you to react quickly. Our Flow Control is extremely reliable and can be easily retrofitted to your injection molding machine's existing water flow controllers.

STEMKE Mold Check
Our Mold Check tool testing device is unique on the market because we combine leak testing and flow measurement in a single device. Up to six water circuits to be tested only need to be connected to the Mold Check once. The test is self-explanatory and largely automatic thanks to the intelligent user interface. Because Mold Check saves and documents the flow values, you can immediately determine, for example, by comparing the target and actual values, whether all water circuits are functioning properly and nothing is clogged. This saves you considerable time and money. In tool manufacturing and during maintenance work in tool repair, Mold Check is ideal for the final inspection.
