Tubular Cartridge Heaters
Tubular Cartridge Heaters are the ideal heating for injection moulding tools. They are suitable for the heating of spigot automats and for mandrel heaters, e.g. with tube extrusion. Further to this Tubular Cartridge Heaters find their application within hot runner systems, at machinery nozzles and within die-cast production.

Tubular Heaters
Our Tubular Heaters out of own production are mainly used at liquid baths, air heaters, hot runner systems, screw-in tubular heaters, flange heaters, heat registers, heat exchangers, continuous flow heaters and for tool heating. Furthermore they are used for the production of our Cast Heaters.

Tubular heating elements
Due to the manufacturing process, our tubular heaters are flexible when cold and can be bent into a variety of shapes. The tubular radiators are available in two diameters, 6.5 mm and 8.5 mm, with five connection variants. The further appearance of the tubular heater is made to measure.

TWK ZERO, water temperature controller
TWK ZERO is the indirect exchange water temperature controller designed for mould temperature control. Made entirely of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, it combines high performance with low energy consumption, making it particularly suitable for micro-injection and extrusion. It is equipped with a high-efficiency heat exchanger that allows it to work up to temperatures of 95°C and a dedicated pump that guarantees unparalleled performance. TWK provides a simple and intuitive user interface with an LED synoptic panel.
