
sCOMPACT
The sCOMPACT dryers are designed with flexibility in mind. The compact dryers offer an integrated solution, combining the drying and conveying of the raw material in one unit. The dryers are available in three versions, each with a drying bin of the size 80, 150 or 250 litres and up to three hopper loaders for conveying to the drying bin and two processing machines. As standard, this compact dryer is equipped with dew point control, overdry protection and dry air conveying function with line purging. Thanks to a modern 7" touch screen colour display, all conveying and drying functions can be shown and monitored in a user-friendly way. 16 user languages can easily be selected.

SCPD
The SCPD is a continuous, counterrotating twin-screw heating and cooling processor. It is designed for processing sticky and highly viscous materials and can be used for drying as well as for other purposes such as solvent recovery or crystallization. The acronym SCPD stands for Self Cleaning Processor – Different Speed type. As the product name suggests, the machine is characterized by asynchronously rotating screws (rotation speed ratio 2:1) with self cleaning properties. This asynchronous rotation prevents residue formation in the feed zone of the screws and ensures uniform and efficient material processing. Another key feature of the SCPD is the large heat transfer surface: Both screws are hollow and can be heated up with an appropriate heating medium in addition to the barrel jacket. This design enables an even and efficient heat transfer to the material which should be processed. If required, the barrel and the screws can also be cooled down using an appropriate cooling medium. Above the screws, an evaporation chamber is positioned along the entire length of the processor. This construction enables efficient degassing. The maximum operating temperature is 200 °C. In the plastics industry, the SCPD is especially used for desolvation from resin dope (e.g. Epoxy, Phenol, Acryl, S-SBR), for solvent removal from waste materials (e.g. PPS and adhesives) and for crystallization processes (e.g. Epoxy and Phenol).

Screw-tip-sets
The screw-tip-set is the heart of the plasticising unit. Screw-tip-sets must close safely and should allow a constant mass cushion in order to guarantee high repeatability to ensure even dosing. There are no good or bad screw-tip-sets, only suitable and unsuitable ones. Screws
We manufacture screws as individual as your plastics. They are performance optimised, highly resistant to wear and corrosion-proof. Our screw production can meet your requirements from Ø 12 – 200 mm, up to a length of 5000 mm. In order to minimise friction, the manufacture of screws for plastic processing machines sets a high standard on the production process as far as finishing precision and surface consistency is concerned. The screw has the task of drawing in the granular plastic, to continously convey, to compress and to perfectly homogenise it in the output area. sDRY 40/80 with sDRYBIN 15-250
Flexible and compact energy-efficient small dryer The sDRY 40/80 dry air generators provide an exceptionally energy-efficient solution for material drying when paired with the sDRYBIN S drying bins. The small dryer series includes several models with drying capacities of 40 and 80 m³/h and drying bins ranging from 15 to 250 litres. All models can be configured or extended to meet growing and changing requirements. They help plastic processors cost-effectively equip individual processing machines or production cells in stages, based on demand. The series comes as standard with dew point control and an intelligent regeneration function. Additionally, optional features such as a return air water cooler and a conveying unit are available. The conveying module allows the sDRY 40/80 to be easily integrated into existing conveying systems or equipped with a single hopper loader. A modern control with a 7-inch touchscreen colour display allows for easy viewing and monitoring of all operating data, including historical curves. Additionally, 16 different user languages are available as standard.

sDRY MM / MD
Modular drying system for flexible drying solutions The sDRY MM / MD dryer series offers a fully modular drying management system. The system consists of one sDRY MM main module and can be flexibly combined with up to twelve sDRY MD drying modules. Each drying module can be operated independently and can be expanded or reduced at any time by adding further sDRY MD modules. The system can therefore be adapted to current production requirements by freely combining and arranging the drying modules. It offers maximum flexibility without interrupting the production process. The series consists of one sDRY MM main module. This can be supplemented with up to twelve sDRY MD drying modules. Drying capacities from 900 to 5400 m³/h can be achieved. This drying can be combined with a wide range of sDRYBIN A drying bins from 15 to 2400 litres. Dry air volume: 900 - 5400 m³/h Dew point: < -60 °C
