      Projet MJP 2500 Plus

As an authorized service and distribution partner of 3D Systems, we present the ProJet MJP 2500 Plus – an industrial MultiJet Printing (MJP) system developed for the high-precision production of plastic components with outstanding surface quality and fine feature resolution. The ProJet MJP 2500 Plus is engineered to reliably produce complex geometries with smooth, near injection-molded surfaces. Its use of wax-based support materials, which can be removed cleanly after printing, enables the accurate realization of delicate structures, internal channels, and intricate undercuts. Particularly relevant for industrial applications are: high dimensional accuracy and exceptional detail fidelity minimal post-processing requirements due to superior surface finish consistent and repeatable part quality across multiple build jobs The integrated material and process system, along with a highly automated workflow—from data preparation to post-processing—ensures stable and efficient production. Precise material deposition and controlled curing contribute to reproducible results and dependable process performance. This makes the ProJet MJP 2500 Plus well suited for industries such as medical technology, electronics, consumer goods development, and tooling, where precision, surface quality, and reliability are essential. As a partner, we support our customers not only in selecting the appropriate technology, but also in integrating it into existing workflows, qualifying applications, and ensuring long-term stable manufacturing conditions.

Stamped Sheet Metal from Kachtenhausen – Optimal Energy Utilization at Spilker GmbH. The construction of the new Kachtenhausen plant provided the long-awaited opportunity for the long-established manufacturer Spilker to thoroughly review production processes and energy consumption based on years of experience at the Leopoldshöhe plant and to optimize them accordingly at the new location. The concept developed and implemented by Redeker uses an industrial heat pump to raise the unusable low-temperature waste heat from the etching process to a temperature level suitable for heating the plant. Only after this utilization is the residual heat then cooled using highly efficient free coolers and, finally, power-controlled screw components, thus significantly reducing the energy-intensive use of the chillers. Three precision climate chambers with cooling, heating, humidifying, and dehumidifying functions guarantee the high manufacturing precision required in the milling process. The room temperature is regulated with an accuracy of 0.2 to a maximum of 0.5 K, and the relative humidity is controlled to +/- 5%. Air distribution is absolutely uniform and, above all, completely draft-free thanks to textile displacement ventilation ducts. The administration building and other production areas are cooled and heated by a highly efficient VRV system. Two ventilation systems with integrated heat recovery ensure excellent indoor air quality and make the facility "corona-safe". The energy-efficient interaction of refrigeration, heating, air conditioning, and ventilation technology is managed by a DDC system control integrated into the Spilker LAN, including online access by Redeker Kältetechnik.
