Foil Edge Strip Feeder
During the production of flat films, the side edges of the film web are trimmed, ensuring a uniform thickness across the entire film width. The Hellweg foil edge strip feeder can feed two foil edge strips at different speeds, which can be continuously adjusted via frequency converters.
A special feature of the foil feeder is the innovative roll feed system. This system automatically adjusts itself – even during operation – to the given or changing foil edge strip thickness. Therefore, no setup or adjustment work by the operator is required.
