Smart Control is a new control system that enables user-friendly monitoring, maintenance and repair.
As with conventional Hellweg granulators, user-friendliness is paramount in the digital version of every granulator with Smart Control: The familiar, quick operation and intuitive interface ensure perfect processes.
To guarantee safe and smooth operation, power consumption, speed, and temperatures are measured, analyzed, and documented in real time. This allows for direct conclusions to be drawn about relevant downtimes, and any deviations are reported early – long before a malfunction can occur.
