Heat recovery. . . free heating energy

ONI heat recovery systems for multiple use of energy
In addition to improving the efficiency of the energy sources used, the new Energy Efficiency Act gives unprecedented attention to the use of waste heat. For the first time, multiple use of energy is required. This is understandable when you consider that waste heat can be used for heating purposes and therefore the use of primary energy can be dispensed with. Practical examples impressively show what can be achieved even with low-temperature waste heat and by using 1 % energy in the form of electricity, 100 % waste heat can be used.

In injection moulding machines, extrusion plants, hydraulic presses or tools, expensive paid electricity is at least partly converted into heat. This waste heat, which fluctuates in a temperature range of 35 °C, has to be removed via a cooling water system and disposed of into the environment via re-cooling plants, which are again operated with expensive paid electricity.
If the waste heat is used instead for heating purposes, part of the electricity used for the machines and plants is used a second time, the use of electricity for the operation of the chillers is avoided and the environment is not unnecessarily burdened with the waste heat! With regard to the issues of energy saving, sustainable energy use and environmental protection certainly the much better option.
In order to be able to use this low temperature level of the cooling water for heating purposes, we have developed specially designed heaters for hall and office areas.
These systems ensure that heating heat is generated from the cooling water with a dispersion of 35/30 °C, which ensures an optimal room temperature structure.
