Modification + repair
To minimize your downtime, the associated loss of capacity and follow-up costs, we are at your side with full commitment to get your injection moulding tool back into working order as quickly as possible. Changes to injection molds require a high level of expertise and flexibility. We measure and digitize the tool or component using 3D coordinate measuring machines and laser scanners. We use Cadmould to carry out precise injection molding simulations in order to make optimal decisions for your tool.

Modula Food Pack
A new concept delivering maximum flexibility, compactness, and performance for food packaging production up to 8 cavities. With just 5.5 meters in length, the system achieves cycle times as fast as 4 seconds, with 100% quality inspection, single-part rejection, and fully automated boxing. It can operate for over 6 hours without any material refills or operator intervention. An IML robot that embodies more than 20 years of Campetella’s expertise in food packaging, setting a new benchmark in the industry.

Modular energy centers
An increasing number of companies in the world decide on an application of modular energy centers from ONI. Bringing an added measure of efficiency to temperature control applications, RMI plates make it possible to connect all mold temperature control circuits at once in complete safety. They are also designed to prevent circuit connection errors and remove all risk of misconnection between similar plates. In order to adapt the solution to each application, there are many possible configurations, including the number of couplings fitted onto the plate with different choices of diameters.

LEGROM has a variety of standard mold forms with different concepts into which mold inserts with different functions can be integrated. Sample parts which often do not differ from series parts can be manufactured rapidly and inexpensively in this manner. Mold design
The design of an injection molding tool begins with precise 3D modeling of the mold in Cimatron. This powerful CAD/CAM system enables the detailed elaboration of complex geometries and the efficient planning of all tool components. The injection molding process is then simulated using CadMould to analyze and optimize filling behavior, cooling, and potential sources of error at an early stage. This enables us to ensure high quality, functionality, and cost-effectiveness of the mold even before production begins.

MoldControl servo controls
The MoldControl servo controls including control panel offer an innovative operating concept with which all important parameters and functions are displayed clearly and quickly accessible.
