COLLIN LAB LINE Roll Mills E and ER
The customers of COLLIN use the laboratory roll mills of the more cost-effective E Entrance series which is used as training machine for examining small quantities, for routine operations or for testing thermoplastics as well as elastomers (ER version). The roll mills are used for mixing, plasticising, kneading or laminating of plastics and are simple roll mills with manual gap adjustment. This is why the E for Entrance series exists as useful alternative for laboratory and pilot tests. - Cost-effective series - Perfect machine for routine operations in the laboratory - Wide range of application - Practical handling due to the design Roll mills ER Stronger drives ensure that elastomers can be processed. The gap adjustment is done manually. Roll mills P The P series roll mills feature very high reproducibility and are designed for demanding laboratory tests. Roll mills PR Stronger drives ensure that elastomers can be processed. Motor-driven gap adjustment.

COLLIN PILOT LINE BLOWN FILM LINES P (AIR-COOLED)
COLLIN blown film lines are used in various ways: Production of multi-layer films as well as the production of film hoses in the food and medical sector. The modular system from COLLIN allows the configuration of lines with 13 layers and the suitable screw diameters. The machines can be equipped with melt pumps and gravimetric dosing systems in order to guaranteemeeting the necessary wall thickness proportions. COLLIN PILOT LINE blown film lines are delivered with machine platforms on which the take-off is positioned. The take-off can be designed either statically or as vertical turning bar system. The lay-flat of the take-off has exchangable frames (e.g. carbon rolls, wooden laths, etc.). In principles, for these lines, there is a wide range of features available, such as thickness measurement, annealing tank, corona, camera or edge cutting.

Color and texture effects combined cost-effectively in one tool
Eschmann Textures International GmbH, Gummersbach, in cooperation with GRAFE, Blankenhain, has developed a new method with which a wide variety of colour and texture effects can be cost-effectively combined in a blow mould. The basis is a digitally printed, flexible film carrier for which the process is named - Digiflex. It offers cost and time optimisation and is suitable for rapid design validation, material testing and product evaluation. Short series production is also possible.
COLOR COMPETENCE CENTER
Finished colored plastics (ROMIRA), masterbatches in granular form (ROWA Masterbatch), liquid colors (ROWASOL) or very finely dispersed pigment preparations (ROWA Lack). As a result, you can rest assured that are getting exactly the product that is perfect for your production and application, which ensures optimum color and consistency. Of course, it can always be replicated exactly: from automotive colors to transparent ones and all the way to matt colors. A great variety of color systems are available. These include RAL, NCS and Pantone systems, among others. With the aid of state-of-the-art data communication, customers can obtain a customized color setting with electronic targets even without a visual original, so that you can start much faster with the desired color setting and a tailor-made color concentrate or compounds are available.

Regardless of whether you want to adapt an existing colour or develop a new colour, our experts offer you personalised advice and support. In addition to developing colour masterbatches, we also set up functional masterbatches for our customers. They include UV stabilisers, antistatic agents, flame retardants, laser marking additives and many more. Combination batches made of colour masterbatches and additives are certainly possible as well.

Color trends between reality, virtual future, and nostalgic longing
With the new GRAFECOLORS 2026/27, GRAFE takes its customers on a journey through five spheres that interweave the past, present, and future in an incomparable way. Each of the five collections tells its own story—and gives designers, product developers, and brands inspiration on how to stage the future in color. The GRAFE DESIGN CENTER regularly publishes a customized trend brochure that analyzes the trends for the coming years, researched by leading trend institutes and transferred to the world of plastics by our color experts: 15 Colors compiled in five iconic worlds Urban Nostalgics Warm earth tones full of comfort, contrasted by glittering metallic effects. Nomads Between Worlds Neon colors and mystical blue merge reality and virtuality. Sensual Spheres Soft, creamy shades and cool water tones combine technology and emotion. Natural Resilience Calm blue tones with a delicate mint green reflect the fragility of nature. Joyful Uprising Optimism and creative energy unfold in a brightly colored mix. A tangible source of inspiration But GRAFECOLORS 2026/27 is more than just a trend brochure: with the matching sample box, it serves as a source of inspiration for designers and allows them to experience the colors haptically through their interpretation in plastic. Accompanying the booklet is a selection of sample tiles in a distinctive hexagonal shape. Each tile shows its own combination of polymer, trend color formulation, surface, and effect pigment. In addition to conventional plastics of petrochemical origin such as PA, PAGF30, SAN, PETG, and recycled rPETG, biological alternatives such as PLA, PHA, and ARBOBLEND V2 also serve as base polymers for the hexagons. Whether opaque, translucent, or transparent, with or without optical effects, in petrochemical or biological polymers—the colorists at the GRAFE DESIGN CENTER are always a source of creative inspiration for a wide variety of industries.

colored rings coding on the hose
The hose coding from Michel Tube is available in defined colors, in which pipe connectors and/or hoses are also available. The ring coding is a ring that is placed over the hose and slides onto the hose coupling due to gravity. When the hose is changed, the ring falls out and is not disposed of with the worn hose. The ring coding offers a simple and cost-effective way to identify lines and coupling points with colors. This marks machines and makes incorrect coupling more difficult.
