CM-700d and CM-600d - Vertically aligned portable sphere type spectrophotometers
The Konica Minolta devices CM-700d and CM-600d are portable spherical spectrophotometers with a vertical design. In each measurement, the gloss inclusion (SCI) and gloss exclusion data are measured to analyze the surface finish of the sample. A large color LCD display for numerical and graphical data analysis enables color measurement with unprecedented simplicity. Simple and intuitive user guidance in 6 languages guarantees maximum efficiency for daily color quality testing in the laboratory or production. In addition, the CM-700d offers a 3mm measuring aperture so that even the smallest patterns can be measured perfectly.

Co-Injection Technology
Mold-Masters Co-injection hot runner systems (formerly Kortec) utilizes industry leading technology to convert mono-layer components to multi-layer while maintaining your existing part quality and productivity levels. The core layer can be either a high performance barrier to improve part performance or a post consumer recycled (PCR) resin to lower part costs. Ideal for a wide range of packaging, medical, consumer goods and automotive applications.

COLLIN LAB LINE Extruder P
For more than 50 years, COLLIN has been having experience in the mechanical engineering of single-screw extruders. This know how is always state-of-the-art and influences the continuous further development of the extruders. This expertise is always up to date with the latest technology and influences the ongoing development of the extruders. Particularly in the recent years, COLLIN has developed two extruder lines based on the different needs of the customers – the E and P series.Powered by an innovative, energy-efficient compact gear motor, the Type P series extruders, whose drive electronics and control are directly integrated in the base of the device, can be used in a variety of ways: for R&D or production. Modularity is experienced with the P series extruders. Different kinds of downstream equipment can be connected and numerous additional options as well as features are possible depending on the requirements of the customer. - Abundance of options for use and extension - Very good handling due to compact design - Optimal operation via touch-screen control - Ideal for multi-layer lines as the different follow-up systems can be adjusted individually - The extruders can nearly be adapted to any extrusion task COLLIN also offers extruders for the processing of rubber and ceramic which can be built according to specific customer requirements. The high speed machines of the Type T series extruder (PILOT LINE) combine the advantages of Type P, however, due to the highly increased speed and simultaneously high drive torque, they achieve an essentially higher output. Particularly the development of the screw geometry and the feeder for the high speed extruder require enormous technical expertise.

COLLIN LAB LINE Flat Film Lines with two rolls
With a variety of smoothing, embossing and laminating possibilities, these COLLIN lines are mainly used for the production of films or sheets. This basic unit includes two rolls in horizontal position,suitable for cast films. COLLIN designs the rolls according to the customer requirements such as for example speed, roll width, roll coating etc. Downstream equipment can also be implemented flexibly – depending on the requirements, different types of take-off rolls, edge cuttings, measuring instruments or unwinders and winders.
