Rhopoint Aesthetix®: Modulare Lösung für alle Aspekte der Oberflächenqualität
An image-processing-based system for surface characterisation with a modular design. Developed in collaboration with partners in industry and research to improve the measurement, characterisation and reporting of all surface properties that influence the perceived quality of a surface. Aesthetix can be used as a portable device or automated as part of a cobot solution, and is capable of performing measurements both with and without contact.

RHYTEMPER® FlexControl
Pulse temperature control The self-optimising ONI RHYTEMPER® multi-circuit temperature control system regulates the heat requirement of each individual cooling circuit of the injection moulding tool. The aim is to continuously dissipate the same heat content per cycle as required. This ensures the shortest cycle times and permanently consistent quality of the injection moulded products with the lowest energy consumption. Your benefits at a glance • Maximum process stability Each cooling circuit is individually controlled and monitored. Thermal imbalances are actively compensated before they lead to quality problems. • Consistent component quality A constant energy removal per cycle ensures reproducible dimensional accuracy and minimises warping even with complex tools. • Mould protection through active monitoring Strong flow deviations, for example due to hose breaks, clogged cooling channels or detached deposits in the tool, are immediately detected. In critical states, the system can trigger an alarm or initiate a machine stop to prevent tool damage and unnecessary waste. • Quick support through remote access With optional remote maintenance access, systems can be analysed from a distance, software can be updated and support can be provided for process adjustments. RHYTEMPER® FlowControl
Continuous Delta-T control with servo-controlled proportional valves RHYTEMPER® FlowControl extends the RHYTEMPER® FlexControl system with continuous flow control based on servo-controlled proportional valves. The system is designed for media temperatures up to 140°C and takes over all the functions of the FlexControl system. The proven single-circuit control system remains fully intact. Additionally, the thermal management of the mould can be implemented via a Delta-T control. In this case, the temperature difference between the supply and return for each cooling circuit is continuously controlled via the flow rate. FlowControl thus extends classic pulse temperature control with continuous Delta-T control, enabling energy-efficient continuous temperature control based on the return temperature. FlowControl is particularly suitable for applications where, in addition to pulse control, a constant temperature difference or a permanently consistent thermal management of the mould is required. RHYTEMPER® FlowWatch®
Transparent and pressure-optimised individual circuit distribution RHYTEMPER® FlowWatch® is available as an electronic water distribution system for professional flow and temperature monitoring, or can be fully integrated into the injection moulding machine control system, provided that a corresponding interface from the respective machine manufacturer is available. Unlike traditional water batteries, FlowWatch® is installed directly on the machine's clamping plates. In combination with generously sized distributor pipes and individual circuits, the pressure loss is significantly reduced, while series connections are consistently avoided through bridged mould channels. The cooling water is optimally directed to the mould, reducing pressure losses in the system. This results in a lower required pump capacity of the temperature control devices, thereby reducing energy consumption. Furthermore, under suitable process profile, cycle time reductions of an average of 10% can be achieved. Additionally, the continuous flow and temperature monitoring of each individual circuit ensures full process transparency.

Ring- and Barrel Heater Bands
Ring- und Zylinderheizelemente: Ring- und Zylinderheizelemente finden ihren Einsatz bei der Beheizung von zylindrischen Werkzeugen, Extrusionszylindern, Flanschen, Plastifizierzylindern und anderen industriellen Heizaufgaben. Heizbänder für den professionellen Einsatz Unsere Ring- und Zylinderheizelemente werden individuell angefertigt und garantieren eine gleichmäßige Wärmeverteilung. Die Heizmanschetten sind für alle runden oder zylindrischen Geometrien ab einem Durchmesser von 55mm geeignet und ab einer Breite von 20mm lieferbar. Montage der Ringheizkörper: Ringheizkörper und Zylinderheizkörper sind in Normalausführung bis auf das Maß des Innendurchmessers spreizbar, damit sie von der Seite über den Maschinenzylinder geschoben werden können. Nach der Montage sind die Spannschrauben der Spanneinrichtungen fest anzuziehen, erst dann dürfen die Rund- bzw. Flächenheizkörper in Betrieb gesetzt werden. Alle Heizelemente funktionieren nur dann einwandfrei, wenn sie auf der zu beheizenden Maschine oder dem Werkzeug zur optimalen Wärmeabgabe fest montiert sind Verschiedene Ausführungen der Zylinderheizkörper: Die Wema Ring- und Zylinderheizelemente gibt es in verschiedenen Ausführungen. Sie können zwischen einer Mikanit-Isolierung für Temperaturen bis 300°C und einem keramik-isolierten Produkt, die bis ca. 600°C geeignet sind, wählen. Wir liefern Halbschalen mit Spannbändern oder Spannwinkeln sowie spreizbare Ausführungen mit Schraublaschenverschluss.

Our automation solution includes a 6-axis industrial robot, a 7th axis, a vacuum gripper and generator, AI-supported optical part inspection, a conveyor belt, and a safety fence with a security system. Upon request, we can take care of the installation of the automation, as well as CE approval and employee training. To make it easier for you to get a quote, we have developed a configurator that allows you to configure your automation system in two minutes. Nonnenmann aims to support injection molders in their "groundbreaking" for injection molding automation and robot integration in part handling, and from now on offers a complete package of services as an automation solution for process optimization. To showcase the automation solution, the company has set up a new showroom at its headquarters in Winterbach (near Stuttgart). This makes it possible to demonstrate the systems in practice to customers and interested parties, implement projects, and further advance the development of automation solutions.
