
RHYTEMPER® FlowControl
Continuous Delta-T control with servo-controlled proportional valves
RHYTEMPER® FlowControl extends the RHYTEMPER® FlexControl system with continuous flow control based on servo-controlled proportional valves. The system is designed for media temperatures up to 140°C and takes over all the functions of the FlexControl system.
The proven single-circuit control system remains fully intact. Additionally, the thermal management of the mould can be implemented via a Delta-T control. In this case, the temperature difference between the supply and return for each cooling circuit is continuously controlled via the flow rate.
FlowControl thus extends classic pulse temperature control with continuous Delta-T control, enabling energy-efficient continuous temperature control based on the return temperature.
FlowControl is particularly suitable for applications where, in addition to pulse control, a constant temperature difference or a permanently consistent thermal management of the mould is required.
