Technical Molding Center for trials and tests

We offer a state-of-the-art, neutral technical center with multiple machines and plasticizing units for material testing, sampling, and process optimization. It is fully equipped with various sensors (temperature, pressure, dielectric analysis) and capabilities for processing thermoplastics (including PEEK), thermosets, BMC, and biomaterials. Injection molding, compression molding, injection compression, and core compression molding are all possible.

In cooperation with the toolmaking company Precupa, we also have access to their complete measuring center, and tool adjustments can be carried out quickly on-site.
