      Injection Moulds

Use synergies Before every injection molded part is born, there is mold making. In order to be able to produce injection molded parts with precise repeatability and tight tolerances, a high level of precision is a must. As a former tool manufacturer manufacturing in Germany, with early contacts and an extended workbench abroad, the Schütte Consult company now handles its tool project exclusively through permanent partners in Asia and Southern Europe. You benefit from us as a guarantee of security and delivery reliability and thus from our highly qualified partner network, which has been developed over the years.

    2. Inline Recycling

      Inline Recycling

Digicolor implements solutions for inline-recycling, i.e. within the plastics processing operations. These solutions are based on a comprehensive product range of slow speed granulators for recyclate production. Further precise dosing devices or dosing systems play an important role for inline-recycling solutions. Sprues of engineering plastics such as polyamide (PA), polycarbonate (PC), polyoxymethylene (POM) or polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) are particularly suitable for this form of post-industrial recycling. Recycling of glass-fibre reinforced polymers, such as those used in the automotive industry, can also be realised with Digicolor granulators and metering units. For inline recycling applications where it is important to maintain mixing ratios of regrind and virgin material extremely precisely or to document the weight proportions of the mixtures of more than one component, gravimetric batch feeders should be used. Depending on the application, these gravimetric batching systems can be installed either on the processing machine or next to the machine.

    6. Innovative Cooling Tornado Z9665/… - Saving energy directly in the mould

Innovative Cooling Tornado Z9665/… - Saving energy directly in the mould

With the new HASCO Cooling Tornado, HASCO is providing an innovative solution for increasing efficiency and saving energy during the cooling of the mould. The Cooling Tornado Z9665/... offers a variety of application possibilities and can be used both in combination with runners in core cooling systems and directly in the corresponding cooling bores. Through the production of a turbulent flow, the effectiveness of the cooling is increased by up to 20 % (depending on the flow l/min). This turbulence interrupts the laminar lower layer of the cooling medium and has the effect that also the inner core of the cooling medium flows to the outer sheath, and thus considerably improves the heat transfer. Turbulent flow for efficient cooling The Cooling Tornado allows, through the turbulent flow, efficient cooling for shorter cycle times and the avoidance of hot spots, which ensures uniform temperature distribution. Compared with conventional cooling bores, temperature differences of up to 10 °C can be attained. The turbulence of the cooling medium leads to an energy saving of between 20 and 40 %. The Cooling Tornado allows easy retrofitting as well as the possibility of customised shortening, making for uncomplicated installation on existing systems. The installation itself is also extremely simple. The Cooling Tornado can be quickly retrofitted and is simply positioned and fixed at the end via a clamping ring. The mounting can both be carried out in combination with cooling pipes such as Z962/... for core cooling and also directly mounted in the cooling bores.

    8. Innovative Messtechnik für gleichzeitige Farb- und Glanzmessung

Innovative Messtechnik für gleichzeitige Farb- und Glanzmessung

The CM-36dG spectrophotometer is a high-precision and high-reliability benchtop instrument that can measure colors in either reflection or transmission, thus finding wide application in fields such as plastics, paints, ceramics, chemicals, etc. For the first time ever, Konica Minolta Sensing integrates an ISO 2813 compliant 60° gloss sensor into a benchtop spectrophotometer to simultaneously measure color and gloss values in the same location. Since both values are measured together, not only are sources of manual error reduced, but also valuable working time and money for additional equipment are saved. The CM-36dG utilizes patented and proven UV Numerical Control (NUVC), the unrivaled technology for UV adjustments when measuring samples containing optical brighteners such as pulp, paper, textiles or chemicals. Various other functions such as status LEDs or camera preview for sample positioning and reporting or the flexible port orientation (device can be used horizontally or rotated by 90°, for example to measure powdery materials in the "top port" style) complete the picture.
