PE & OPE Waxes: Processing Aids for Plastics Applications Addforce PE and OPE waxes support compounds, masterbatches, extrusion, coatings and recycling applications. They improve processing, dispersion and surface quality.

Addforce PE and OPE waxes are versatile additives for modern plastics applications. They support the processing of compounds, masterbatches, extrusion applications, coatings and recycled materials. Acting as lubricants, dispersing agents and processing aids, they help improve process stability, promote the uniform distribution of pigments and fillers, and contribute to optimized surface quality. Addforce PE and OPE waxes offer users a reliable solution for making processing operations more efficient while enhancing the quality of the final product.

    3. PEEK & PEKK | High Performance Polymers

PEEK & PEKK | High Performance Polymers

PEEK / PEKK High-performance polymers used in demanding applications, particularly where high strength, temperature resistance, and chemical stability are critical. Our PEEK (Polyether Ether Ketone) products are categorized based on melt viscosity into high, medium, and low melt viscosity grades. These grades include the 330, 550, and 770 series. We offer a variety of forms and grades to meet diverse processing needs, including pure resin powder, granules, and reinforced composite resins. Product Grades: Pure PEEK Resin: Available in powder and pellet forms. Fiber-Reinforced Composite Pellet: Designed for enhanced strength and durability. Special Grades: Includes fine powder forms and other specialized variants. Our PEEK resins are suitable for various processing methods such as injection molding and extrusion molding. PEKK (Polyetherketoneketone) is a semi-crystalline thermoplastic in the PAEK (polyaryletherketone) family, with high heat resistance, chemical resistance and the ability to withstand high mechanical loads. Glass transition temperature (Tg) of 170°C (higher than PEEK) Melting temperature (Tm) of 353°C (Higher than PEEK) Excellent performance in aggressive environments (high temperature, high pressure) Excellent chemical resistance

    5. Pellet Containers

      Pellet Containers

Bulk containers and granulate containers are made of stainless steel at Digicolor. Clean processing quality and high-quality surfaces enable the storage of plastic granulates for technical end products. Digicolor offers a complete product range consisting of stainless steel containers, starting at a volume of 50 litres up to 4,800 litres. The container programme is structured like a modular system. Depending on the respective application, the containers are equipped with suitable suction connections, slides or adaptations for conveyors. Additional functions can be integrated at the customer's request, such as hinged lids, fill level indicators or quick-release couplings for the suction connections. The feeding stations for granulate bags are particularly advantageous. These are equipped with hinged lids, gas pressure springs and grids as standard and make daily work in material logistics easier. Bulk material containers from Digicolor are available as additional containers, mobile day containers or as an integral part of the material logistics of centralised granulate supply systems. At Digicolor, we take care to design the best possible solution for the specific application in plastics processing. If the bulk material containers are part of a pellet conveyor system, we can take on the complete project planning and design of the central material supply with all the associated system components and interfaces if required: Granulate conveying lines, vacuum lines and pump systems, granulate conveying devices, dosing devices, gravimetric dosing systems, granulate dryers and granulators for recycling applications. We put all these components together for your granulate supply application - from project planning to commissioning.
