About us
CAVITÄT GmbH stands for holistic quality throughout product development. With our extensive specialist knowledge and our personal enthusiasm for plastics and tool making, we have set out to enable our customers to be cost-effective throughout the entire life cycle, from tool production to series production.
Our company profile
We have been developing individual solutions for our customers from design to series production for more than 20 years. The idea of the founding members of CAVITÄT, who are still active in the areas of development, project management and sales, was to incorporate the know-how of tool making into the development process as early as possible. Thanks to our holistic understanding, we ensure the economic viability of our customers' products right from the development phase.

Products & services
Elektrodenfertigung
Electrode production for erosion is a central process in toolmaking. We manufacture electrodes precisely and efficiently on a 5-axis milling machine as well as on the wire erosion machine. With the 5-axis milling technology, we produce complex graphite and copper electrodes with the highest precision, ideal for delicate and demanding geometries. The wire EDM machine enables the production of electrodes with fine contours and maximum dimensional accuracy, especially for very thin or difficult-to-machine structures. This combination of modern milling and erosion technology ensures optimum electrode quality and therefore excellent results in die-sinking EDM.
Injection molding
We carry out professional sampling of injection molds in our in-house technical center to ensure optimum production efficiency and component quality. Through precise testing and process optimization, we guarantee smooth commissioning at the customer's site. We also continuously monitor the consistent quality of the tools and injection molded parts to ensure maximum precision and reliability in series production. We are happy to support you with our experience and state-of-the-art technology in the development and optimization of your injection moulding processes!
Fertigung
Our state-of-the-art production combines the latest technologies with the highest precision. By using high-speed milling machines (HSC) and a completely paperless production system, we optimize processes and increase efficiency. Automated tool and pallet changers ensure continuous, uninterrupted operation. Our precise manufacturing technology minimizes spotting, as components are already manufactured with the highest precision. Thanks to state-of-the-art CAD/CAM workstations and precise measuring technology, we achieve maximum process reliability and repeatability.
