A major area of application for our WELLAMID materials is the electrical and electronics industry. All WELLAMID grades are free from halogen- and red-phosphorus-based flame retardant systems. A large proportion hold relevant listings from UL, VDE, and CQC, or comply with applicable railway standards.

The use of flame retardants free from halogens and red phosphorus also enables an environmentally friendly and straightforward processing workflow. Consequently, these materials meet rising environmental protection standards and RoHS regulations, while also satisfying the requirements for the most common industry-specific listings and certifications.

Our WELLAMID materials are also available in sustainable versions with ISCC PLUS certification.
