WELP Group offers comprehensive solutions in plastic injection molding, covering the entire process from development and toolmaking to the serial production of high-quality plastic components. Our production facilities include more than 50 injection molding machines with clamping forces ranging from 25 to 3,200 tons. This enables us to manufacture plastic components in small, medium, and large production volumes – from individual parts to complex assemblies. Depending on the application, we utilize various processes such as single-component molding (1K), multi-component molding (2K), and hybrid solutions that combine plastic and metal components.

In addition, we offer a variety of secondary processing and finishing options, including milling, pad printing, flocking, heat staking, and plastic welding. Many production steps are highly automated and supported by precise manual operations and strict quality control processes. This allows us to produce technical components, housings, and visible parts that meet demanding functional and aesthetic standards.
