Electrode production for erosion is a central process in toolmaking. We manufacture electrodes precisely and efficiently on a 5-axis milling machine as well as on the wire erosion machine.

With the 5-axis milling technology, we produce complex graphite and copper electrodes with the highest precision, ideal for delicate and demanding geometries. The wire EDM machine enables the production of electrodes with fine contours and maximum dimensional accuracy, especially for very thin or difficult-to-machine structures.

This combination of modern milling and erosion technology ensures optimum electrode quality and therefore excellent results in die-sinking EDM.
