Barrels

We manufacture barrels in high wear and corrosion resistent quality from Ø 12 – 200 mm, up to a length of 5000 mm.

The barrels tasks are static. They have to cope with high levels of pressure and tension when thermally loaded. Borehole surfaces must resist wear and corrosion caused by the processed plastics.

The barrel feeding zone can be optimised for each individual application.

Our production includes the manufacture of thermoplastic, extrusion, thermoset, silicone and elastomer barrels in the optimal qualities.
