VolaPlast LLC is growing in Bulgaria

What started a few years ago as an ambitious project is today a modern production site: VolaPlast OOD has established itself in Kyustendil as an important industrial company. The company belongs to the German VolaPlast GmbH & Co. KG from Spangenberg, a specialist in technical plastic parts that has existed since 1961. The group mainly supplies the automotive industry and is known for precise injection molding technology as well as complex system solutions. With the expansion to Bulgaria, VolaPlast responded to international market demands. Since production started in 2021, the site has been developing dynamically, combining German know-how with local manufacturing. Already in April 2021, the company started with a small team and a clear goal: the establishment of a stable and sustainable manufacturing facility. Today, five years later, the site, with 80 machines and two injection molding machines, demonstrates successful growth.. The number of employees is expected to reach 150 in the summer of 2026. The team is continuously expanding, and the expansion continues. Production includes, among other things, injection molding and assembly for the automotive industry. Areas where high quality standards are crucial. The company will also continue to focus on growth and new technologies in the future. For the Kyustendil region, this means additional jobs and a stronger industrial perspective, in line with the motto: Quality – Innovation – Growth.
