Shift Supervisor Injection Molding (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Shift Supervisor for our injection molding department. In this position, you will be responsible for the optimal deployment and training of your employees. You can also expect a variety of tasks related to the control and monitoring of our injection molding machines. With a machine park consisting of ENGEL injection molding machines with clamping forces ranging from 2000 kN to an impressive 32000 kN, as well as injection molds ranging from 200 kg to 58 tons, we are ideally equipped for the production of a wide variety of plastic parts.

- Ensuring on
- time production in the desired quantity and quality
- Monitoring and ensuring that the production facilities and technical equipment are fully available and meet current technical and safety standards, and are continuously maintained and serviced
- Ensuring that employees are optimally trained and deployed
- Active participation in setting up the equipment as needed
- Active problem solving in the process - Identifying deviations and defining corrective actions

- Supporting the injection molding department management

What sets you apart:
- Completed technical vocational training as a plastics and rubber technologist (formerly - process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology) (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
- You have experience as a team leader/shift supervisor and enjoy being a role model for your employees
