Shift Supervisor Injection Molding (m/f/d)

- Ensuring on
- time production in the desired quantity and quality
- Monitoring and ensuring that the production facilities and technical equipment are fully available and meet current technical and safety standards, and are continuously maintained and serviced
- Ensuring that employees are optimally trained and deployed
- Active participation in setting up the equipment as needed
- Active problem solving in the process - Identifying deviations and defining corrective actions
- Active problem solving in the process
- Identifying deviations and defining corrective actions
- Production-related documentation of process flows
- Monitoring compliance with applicable environmental and safety regulations
- Supporting the injection molding department management

What sets you apart:
- Completed technical vocational training as a plastics and rubber technologist (formerly - process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology) (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
- You have experience as a team leader/shift supervisor and enjoy being a role model for your employees
- Team spirit, commitment, and a sense of responsibility
- Motivation, strong communication skills, and assertiveness round out your profile
- Willingness to work shifts
