Senior Software Developer (f/m/d)

We are looking for a passionate software developer (m/f/d) to help drive Schäfer’s new generation of software at our Bad Schönborn location. You enjoy interdisciplinary thinking and conceptual work. Your extensive expertise is needed to introduce the latest technologies and develop the next generation of frontend and backend solutions.

Your tasks
- You will work in a growing software development team and take responsibility for the software solutions.
- You will take on new software projects from conception to implementation.
You will ensure the efficient deployment of our software.
- You will contribute to software quality assurance.
- You will participate in the development of software architectures.
- You are the main point of contact for technical questions and keep up to date with current technology trends.

Your profile
- You have a completed technical degree or an equivalent qualification.
- You have several years of professional experience in software engineering.
- You bring solid knowledge of .NET, C#, and at least basic knowledge of Python.
- Ideally you have experience with the Angular framework as well as with containerization and Azure DevOps.
- You have an interest in IoT communication and cloud-based data platforms.
- You are solution-oriented and have a strong hands-on mentality.
- You have good communication skills in German and English.
