Sales Representative (m/f/d)

#Your Responsibilities
Sales of recyclates and agglomerates to industrial customers, managing and expanding existing clients, and acquiring new customers across Europe. Leading projects to establish closed-loop recycling systems. Contributing to product portfolio development based on market and customer needs. Close coordination with production and logistics on availability, specifications, and delivery schedules. Monitoring market and competitors.

#Your Profile
Technical or commercial qualification or equivalent. Sales experience, ideally in recycling, plastics, or raw materials. Advantage: network in the plastics industry and process knowledge. Customer-focused, strong negotiation skills, structured and independent working style. Team-oriented, communicative, willing to travel across Europe. Good German and English skills.
