Sales Representative – Europe
As part of our strategic European expansion, we are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to drive business growth and strengthen client relationships in the region. This role offers a unique opportunity to represent a leading manufacturer of custom injection molds and precision molded components.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across Europe
Promote and sell custom plastic injection molds and molded components
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with OEMs, Tier suppliers, and industrial partners
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing
Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met
Represent the company at industry exhibitions and professional events
Candidate Profile
Proven sales experience in plastic injection molding, tool & die, or related manufacturing sectors
Technical understanding of injection mold design and molded component production
Strong business network within European manufacturing sectors
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Results-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive
Willingness to travel across Europe as required
Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage
