MöllerFlex GmbH is a plastics processor based in Delbrück. We possess specialized expertise in the development and production of flexible molded parts made from various soft plastics, thermoplastics, and elastomers.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
International customer support and correspondence via telephone and email
Maintenance of customer portals and customer master data
Assistance with the preparation of cost calculations, CBDs, and quotations
Creation of feasibility analyses and assistance with their execution
Preparation of orders, invoices, and credit notes
Processing of purchase orders and dispatch of order confirmations
YOUR PROFILE
Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g., Industrial Clerk, Office Clerk) or a comparable qualification
Ideally, initial professional experience in sales administration
Good command of spoken and written English
Proficiency in SAP
Independent and structured working style
Confident command of MS Office applications
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
