Sales Manager (m/f/d) – High-Speed Robots | DACH Region

CAMPETELLA, a family-led Italian manufacturer with 128 years of history, develops high-speed robots for Packaging and Medical applications. With headquarters in Italy and a German branch in Meinerzhagen, we are expanding in the DACH region.

Your Role:
Manage key accounts (Packaging, Medical, IML, palletizing), acquire new customers, lead complex capital equipment sales from first contact to contract and handover, act as automation solution partner, collaborate with engineering, attend trade fairs.

Profile:
Experience in plastics capital goods sales (long cycles), ideally injection molding machines, robots or molds; strong project mindset; high travel readiness in DACH; independent home office work; good English.

CAMPETELLA is a family-led Italian company with 128 years of history, specialized in high-speed robots for Packaging and Medical applications. With headquarters in Italy and a German sales and service organization in Meinerzhagen (NRW), we are strongly expanding across the DACH region and are looking for a Sales Manager to drive growth in plastics processing automation.

Your Responsibilities:
• Long-term management and development of key accounts in Packaging, Medical and IML automation, including palletizing.
• Acquisition of new customers and expansion of market presence in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
• Management of complex capital equipment projects from first contact through negotiation, contract signing and final handover.
• Acting as a trusted solution partner, developing tailored automation concepts together with the customer.
• Close cooperation with the engineering and production teams at our Italian headquarters.
• Participation in national and international trade fairs and industry events.

Your Profile:
• Proven experience in capital goods sales within plastics processing, including long and structured sales cycles.
• Ideally background in injection molding machines, industrial robots or injection molds.
• Strong project-sales skills with an entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset.
• High willingness to travel within the DACH region and ability to work independently from a home office.
• Good English skills for communication with our manufacturing plant.
