Business Development Manager (m/w/d)

At our sites in Ennigerloh and Valencia, we combine decades of experience in compounding and color matching with state-of-the-art technology. Your Responsibilities
Strategic implementation and continuous development of market segment strategies
Development of new applications and solutions in close collaboration with customers
Support of sampling processes and on-site problem solving
Marketing of the segment-specific product portfolio in line with customer and market requirements
Initiation, coordination, and management of customer-specific development projects
Identification of customer needs and product trends
Active expansion and strengthening of market position within the defined segment
Participation in trade fairs, customer events, and relevant industry events

Your Profile
Degree in a technical field or completed technical training, ideally in production engineering, plastics technology, industrial engineering, application engineering, or a comparable field
Professional experience in sales of technically demanding products
preferably within the plastics industry
Strong customer focus and excellent communication and negotiation skills
High level of self-motivation, initiative, and a structured, independent way of working
Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
Willingness to travel as part of the sales responsibility
