WIS Kunststoffe GmbH is a family-run company and has been offering you more than ‘just’ plastic for over 30 years.

WIS Kunststoffe in Breitungen is a family-run company that has been involved in professional plastics recycling since 1991 and has increasingly specialised in high-quality and sustainable post-consumer recycling (PCR) in recent years.
The company has a state-of-the-art testing laboratory and technical centre with its own injection moulding and extrusion technology for high-quality products that meet the highest standards. Other competences include in-house application technology and product development to find solutions for specific customer requirements. Our own state-of-the-art testing laboratory ensures environmentally friendly and resource-saving production. We continuously invest in sustainable technologies and processes to promote environmentally conscious application technology and product development.

WIS Kunststoffe is a distributor, trader and compounder and sees itself as your competent partner for all questions relating to plastics, such as advice, sales, processing and shredding of plastic parts. Through their own research and development, they have created a unique production process that allows them to guarantee high grade and color purity for all their pellets. As a result, they are able to offer granules for the production of plastics and packaging materials for a wide range of industries. These currently include high-quality materials for cosmetic products, toys and even products that come into contact with food in accordance with the requirements of Regulations (EU) No. 10/2011, (EC) No. 1223/2009 and EN 71-3.

Own Technical Centre and Testing Technology

We have our own in-house testing laboratory where comprehensive material tests are carried out. Thanks to our many years of experience, state-of-the-art manufacturing processes, and specially developed testing methods, we ensure consistently high material quality—tailored to the requirements of our customers. From chemical to mechanical to thermal testing, our laboratory enables us to test materials according to the strictest quality standards and ensure their suitability for the respective manufacturing process. Through regular migration tests and targeted inspections, we not only ensure the quality but also the reliability of our products – for maximum process reliability and sustainable customer satisfaction.
