Our tool design is carried out using the latest CAD software “Cimatron” and supports all common interfaces. CAM programming includes 2D and 3D milling, electrode design and wire EDM.
Our machinery sets standards in precision and quality. We realize your most demanding projects with CNC and HSC milling machines, countersinking and wire EDM machines.
We also manufacture new tools according to your individual requirements. Whether standard, multi-component, stack, multi-cavity or prototype injection molding tools – with us you get innovative tools of outstanding quality.
Repairs and changes are no problem for us. With laser technology, we offer you economical solutions to adapt your tools quickly and precisely.

Injection molding tool
We create technically sophisticated tools for the production of plastic moldings. Our tools set standards in terms of precision and accuracy. We deliver innovative tools of outstanding quality. Since we always respond to our customers' wishes, we work with them to develop an optimally designed injection molding tool. We can produce plastic injection molds weighing up to 8 t in our production facility. Because we work to very high quality standards and attach great importance to long-lasting products, our tools remain stable in value. Special equipment or a particularly precise structure are no problem for us when producing new tools. We build the right tool for every plastic part! Designing
The production of each tool begins on paper or on the computer. We plan and think everything through very carefully in order to be able to deliver a perfect product at the end. This means that the engineering of the injection moulding tools takes place in our own company. In more than 20 years, we have seen a lot, gained extensive experience and are able to meet the highest demands. In the field of design, we also work with the most modern means in order to maintain the constantly increasing level of requirements. The CAD software "Cimatron" as well as the coverage of a multitude of different interfaces enables us to work precisely and flexibly.
Repairs & modifications
Even the best tools can break or have to be modified due to a change of article. Talk to us about what is feasible and cost-effective. Regardless of whether it was built in our tool shop or by one of our production partners. Repairs or modifications of tools are no problem for our company. Laser technology offers many possibilities for economic use in tool making. This may involve the repositioning of contours, correction of a few tenths of a millimetre or changes to the surface geometry of injection moulding tools. We follow our customers' wishes exactly when making the desired corrections, in order to achieve a perfect result.
Milling
We mill complex components for you up to a size of 1600x 1600x 1400mm, using high-precision 3- and 5-axis as well as HSC technologies.
