Multi couplings for temperature control fluids SMI - Stäubli
Compact solution for temperature control in plastic injection molding The SMI multi connection system is the perfect solution for small injection molding machines. This compact and ergonomic system offers outstanding flexibility, as it can be easily installed on both new and existing injection molding machines and molds. Implementing the SMI multi connection system guarantees correct mold set-ups reducing scrap, boosting production efficiency, and ensuring operator safety.
QMC 106
Simple and safe: The mechanical quick-release systems meet the highest demands for set-up time optimizations while at the same time offering the greatest possible versatility. Whether horizontal or vertical machine, tool weights up to 2 t or operating temperatures of 200 ° C: the mechanical bayonet system is suitable for all electrical or hydraulic as well as new or existing machines (retrofit) up to an opening force of 250 kN regardless of the outer contour. The simple clamping process is characterized by a removable hand lever and the integrated safety lock.
Non spill manual multi-couplings plate MCI
By connecting the mold temperature control circuits in one movement, the MCI manual plates optimize the mold changing times, and boost the efficiency and safety of processes. The plate is equipped with flush face couplings, ensuring the non-spill of cooling and heating fluids, in the environment during connection and disconnection operations. A variety of configurations makes it easy for the integration of this compact solution on the installation.
Modular manual multi-couplings plate RMI for temperature control
Bringing an added measure of efficiency to temperature control applications, RMI plates make it possible to connect all mold temperature control circuits at once in complete safety. They are also designed to prevent circuit connection errors and remove all risk of misconnection between similar plates. In order to adapt the solution to each application, there are many possible configurations, including the number of couplings fitted onto the plate with different choices of diameters.
