About us
SORTCO GmbH & Co. KG has been offering optical sorting and detailed laboratory testing and analysis of plastic raw materials as a professional service since 2015. Contaminations such as black specks, discolourations and metal particles are reliably detected from a size of 50µm and removed from the material flow. The material quality created in this way noticeably reduces production waste from downstream processing steps, improves reproducible processes and thus ensures the delivery of defect-free, high-quality raw materials. In this way, production downtime costs, complaints and image damage can be avoided.
