Moldex3D – IN-DEPTH ANALYSIS, CONCLUSIVE AND PRECISE Moldex3D is the leading 3D CAE software solution for the design and optimization of the injection molding process and delivers reliable, conclusive and accurate results for component, tool and process optimization from the first development step to final component production. The modular design of the Moldex3D software package is individually adaptable to the needs and requirements of your products injection molding applications. The basic modules cover all process steps, from filling to the packing phase and 3D mold cooling right up to the final calculation of distortions. Thus, questions regarding tool and process optimization as well as the manufacturability of the component can be analyzed comprehensively. Extended modules additionally offer the user extensive and in-depth application options for the analysis, optimization, problem identification and solution of molded part and tool designs or even special manufacturing processes.
