About us
As a Europe-wide service provider with more than 80 employees, we ensure high-quality surfaces and replace the conventional etching process with state-of-the-art laser texturing: digital, reproducible, fast.
We specialise in surface technology: grain repairs of all processes and manufacturers, gloss level adjustment, high gloss polishing, grinding and spotting work as well as complete tool repairs or component optimisation. Our focus lies on the shortest possible processing times, both at our company and mobile across Europe at your production site.

Lasertexturing
As Europe's leading service provider in the field of lasertexturing and with more than 50 laser machines worldwide, we realise conventional etching, blasting and eroding structures as well as modern 3D design structures. Sustainable, reproducible, high-quality, fast and efficient.

In our in-house design and development centre, our highly qualified surface designers and developers advise you on products, design options and manufacturing processes. With 30 experts, our technology centre offers light simulation, development, industrialisation, realisation and consulting. Through special laser technology, we achieve new standards in precision, efficiency, homogeneity and design.

High Gloss Polishing and Contour Restoration
We offer you contour restoration, grinding and polishing work from defined line grinding, grain preparation to absolutely technical high gloss in all tool sizes and application areas. Highest quality thanks to trained employees and state-of-the-art measuring methods are our focus.

Laser-, CNC-Engraving and Milling
Our origins in the engraving trade go back 40 years. Today, with a combination of state-of-the-art laser and milling machines, we offer you the full range of engraving services.

Laser- and TIG-Welding
When it comes to welding, you can rely on short processing times and high quality, including all downstream services.

Grain Repair and Gloss Level Adjustment
As a specialist for surfaces, we repair grains of all types and manufacturers within the shortest possible time or adjust the gloss level of your injection mould using blasting technology. We carry out any necessary laser welding work ourselves.

Repair of cast parts
Maintain your added value and significantly reduce your defective costs with us. We demonstrate the high quality of our repairs with more than 300,000 components every year. No mechanical reprocessing necessary.

Rear End Cover
It doesn't get any more efficient KURZ has developed this world first together with its subsidiary SCHÖFER. SCHÖFER’s Spinstack Mold tool technology is ideal for manufacturing 2K components using the In-Mold Decoration process (IMD). This composition of the materials ABS/PC and the transparent PMMA enables precisely defined backlighting without undesired light diffusion. As a result, both three-dimensional component geometries and structures for 3D light effects and light barriers can be implemented in a single work step. Deformation, contouring, and decoration are all done in one step. Finishing via hot stamping, digital printing, or the integration of touch sensors are also possible. There are solutions for all customer-specific requirements. This is more than 2K plastic injection molding, this is the highly efficient 2K-IMD-process! Ready-to-use component production A groundbreaking innovation is the new machine and process technology, which was developed together with the KURZ subsidiary SCHÖFER. The complex technical application is based on SCHÖFER’S high-end tool technology, which is ideally suited to the production of immediately ready-to-install components with large dimensions and enables the use of In-Mold Decoration technology (IMD) in combination with the 2K material mix. This means that both three-dimensional component geometries and structures for 3D light effects and light barriers can be implemented in a single, efficient work step. The rear-end-cover has a continuous closed surface and large-scale, seamless decoration. It consists of two different translucent plastics. The radar-permeable rear trim supports a wide range of assistance systems, including for autonomous driving. The component can be recycled as a whole and reused as a post-industrial compound.

Design meets Design – Collaboration between KURZ and Reichle
At this year's KUTENO, Reichle Technologiezentrum GmbH is particularly pleased to be represented at a joint booth together with its long-standing partner, LEONHARD KURZ Stiftung & Co. KG, on a joint stand at this year's KUTENO. The focus of Reichle's trade fair appearance will be a joint project with the companies KURZ and Deckerform concerning an innovative label for bottles - manufactured using the injection compression moulding process with a wall thickness of just 0.5 mm. Despite this low material thickness, Reichle's exclusive laser textures are impressively showcased. In combination with high-quality decorations from KURZ, design variants are created that are not only visually impressive, but also set new standards. From a technical point of view, a unique design and outstanding 3D effects are achieved through the combination of KURZ's design layers and Reichle's high-precision laser technology - even in the series production process. The result: a high-quality, reusable label that not only replaces traditional paper labels, but significantly surpasses them in terms of sustainability and design variety. While the standard version of this label will be produced live at partner Deckerform's booth 20-H7 and distributed to visitors, KURZ and Reichle will be presenting exclusive special versions at the joint booth 20-G11. The demonstrated project is just one example of the potential of this technology. The combination of precise laser textures and thin-film decorations opens up completely new design possibilities - far beyond labels. A look into the future reveals exciting developments: By bringing together structure, light, material and function, innovative surface solutions are being created for applications in a wide variety of areas. From ambient lighting and shy-tech effects to interactive touch functions. Together with KURZ, Reichle is setting the pace for the design world of tomorrow.
