PlanTool, from Toolmaker for toolmakers
PlanTool is the solution for toolmaking and similar tasks such as special machine construction, prototype production, etc. PlanTool is used to analyze new orders without detailed planning, current orders with partial detailed planning and orders with complete detailed planning in a single process. The simulation results show which deadlines can be achieved for the projects, taking into account the overloading of individual resource groups. The effect of changed planning approaches can also be simulated. In addition, PlanTool fully supports all tasks from quotation preparation to delivery and invoicing. Interfaces for common ERP systems such as SAP, Navsion and others are available for the toolmaking department.
PlanTool production
Support for series production. Delivery call-offs received via EDI are analyzed. The use of family tools is recognized. Suggestions for production and sales orders are automatically generated for the selected time period based on the master data. When calculating material requirements, call-offs that have not yet been converted into orders are also taken into account. The order proposals therefore also clearly show the material required for future orders.
