About us
Recycling and Compounding! The company MKV Kunststoffgranulate has been involved in the material recycling of pure plastic waste and by-products as well as the compounding of raw polymers and the reprocessing and contract processing of regrinds and residues since 1960.
Our main products are high-quality recyclates made from PA6, PA66, POM, PBT and PESU, but all other thermoplastics are also possible.
Our particular strength lies in consistent quality and continuous production control.
When producing plastic items, processors generate production residues and waste, such as sprues or scrap parts. During the material recycling of industrial production waste, these production residues are collected according to type, ground and reprocessed, so that a new, reprocessable plastic granulate is created, which meets the requirements of the market and also saves CO2 emissions compared to virgin material and thus, in addition to pure reuse, makes another important contribution to environmental protection.
Recycled materials are not virgin materials, but can replace virgin materials in many applications and save CO2 emissions.
The MKV recyclates are used for the housings of power tools such as drills or angle grinders as well as for various applications in the automotive sector.

Ground / crushed material
MKV offers high quality ground material for various polymers. Every ground material has a uniform grain size and is free of dust and fine particles. This guarantees a smooth processing.
Recyclate
Recyclates make it possible to make products more sustainable by saving CO2 compared to virgin material.
