About us
We have been operating as a service provider in the production of prototypes and small series since 1988. Using additive manufacturing processes (STL, SLS) and vacuum casting, we produce plastic parts from quantities of 1 to a few thousand. Using CNC milling (3-axis, 5-axis), we manufacture both plastic and metal parts from quantities of 1. This is completed by wire erosion with the highest precision.

Are the quantities too small for an injection mold? The solution is vacuum casting - from Shore 40A to 87D, with and without fiberglass, with and without inserts.

Production of milled parts (3-axis and 5-axis - also simultaneously) from components made of most technical plastics (including PEEK) as well as from a variety of metals (see material overview)

Prototypes as series-like functional or trade fair samples - colored according to your wishes
Product Carrier Label
Customizable labeling of product carriers, e.g., to indicate the processing status of a production part. Can also be provided with additional information, such as the name of the operator.
Spare parts for classic cars
Spare parts for classic cars are expensive and sometimes no longer available. Using additive manufacturing, vacuum casting, and milling, we can reproduce or recreate many things. All we need is an original part, even if it's defective.
