OUR ELEMENT SINCE 1932
Since 1932 our element has been high-grade electrical heating products. From a small company in 1932 in the form of the founding company Ihne & Tesch as well as Keller, Ihne & Tesch, a worldwide supplier of electrical heating technology located in Germany, Austria, France and Great Britain has emerged. In all industry sectors, where heat is part of the production our products will be found. On injection moulding machines and extruders, for plasticizing of synthetic granulate or for sealing of covers at packaging machines with diverse cup-geometry our heating elements deliver the heat. There are numerous applications, where our electrical heating elements are in operation. Beside our standard and innovative products, for example, the products in our aluminium compact series or aluminium and brass cast heaters, Temperature Sensors, Controllers as well as Ovens make our programme of delivery complete. The all-decisive key to the outstanding quality of our products is the skill of our specialists because our employees are experts, most of them have been with the company for many years. Air Heaters and Finned Tubular Heaters
Air Heaters and Finned Tubular Heaters are used for the heating of air, non-flammable gases and steams, for ventilation and air conditioning devices, construction of apparatus, in drying devices, channel air heaters, pipelines, heating ovens, exhaust gas treatment systems and filter systems.
Tool Heaters (Flat and Frame Heaters)
Flat and Frame Heaters are generally used on tools of the extrusion-, injection moulding, automold as well as on tools for distortion. They are especially suitable for extrusion tools, for diverters, for flat dies, for blow moulding technology, for all types of material pre-heating, for rubber processing, for sealing machinery and for hot and welding bars.

Tubular Cartridge Heaters
Tubular Cartridge Heaters are the ideal heating for injection moulding tools. They are suitable for the heating of spigot automats and for mandrel heaters, e.g. with tube extrusion. Further to this Tubular Cartridge Heaters find their application within hot runner systems, at machinery nozzles and within die-cast production.
Tubular Heaters
Our Tubular Heaters out of own production are mainly used at liquid baths, air heaters, hot runner systems, screw-in tubular heaters, flange heaters, heat registers, heat exchangers, continuous flow heaters and for tool heating. Furthermore they are used for the production of our Cast Heaters.
Control Units
Control Units are used within hot runner systems, polymer processing industry, packaging industry, food industry, ovens, dryers and much more operating areas.
Heat Insulation Jackets
Heat insulation jackets are perfect for heat energy savings with all types of polymer processing machinery and comparable applications (Cylinder heat protection, flat heater, insulation hood, insert isolation). The isolations are corresponding to the Factory Act for reducing of surface temperatures. Due to the individual production we are able to offer customized solutions for your isolation demand.
Industrial Oven Systems and Pre-Heat devices
Since 1969 we manufacture Industrial Oven Systems and Pre-Heat Devices. Due to aligend air guidance our Ovens and Dryers provide temperature consistancy, quality and efficiency for your requirement. Our Dryers and Ovens are used within a variety of industries. Balanced high quality within polymer processing industries is only achievable if suitable heating and drying devices are used at various production stages. It starts with granulate drying via tool heating and ends with the annealing or other treatmens of subsequent heating of components. Whether standard or according to your specifications, we find the right solution for your application. Available are simple and easy to handle standard ovens up to customised, complex Oven Systems with ambient procedural and control requirements. Our department plans and implements together with you your perfect Oven. Reliability and efficiency are „standard“ key-facts of our products. Cartridge Heaters
Cartridge Heaters find their usage especially in tool heaters, die slots, special machinery construction, screen changers and filter devices in the polymer processing industry, with packaging machinery and for air heating. Type 0 Cartridge Heaters without jacket are suitable for air heating and for installation in dip pipes. Type EP Screw-in Cartridge Heaters are used for direct heating of solid, fluid and gaseous mediums. They are made for horizontal fitting. Screw-in Cartridge Heaters are suitable for various applications as heating of water containers, oil tempering, plating solutions, air and tools.
Heat-Cool-Combinations
Heat-cool combinations are mainly used in extrusion. In some cases also on injection molding machines when processing PVC or similar materials. Our heat-cool combinations are also used at recycling plants.
Band Heaters
Band Heaters are an ideal heating for general cylindrical heating tasks. They are especially suitable for injection moulding machines and tools, for extrusion machines and tools, for Hot Runner tools, for transferring tubes with bitumen processing, for bag sealers, for filling devices (food industry), for special purpose machinery manufacture, for tube tools, for coating devices, for blow moulding technology, for sleeve cut-outs and for rubber processing. They are proven as reliable OEM equipment for several common machinery types.
Cast-In-Heater
The leading manufacturer of Cast-In Heaters products for the plastics processing industry. Tubular heating elements embedded in Aluminium alloy or Brass, providing uniform heat transfer and long life. Cast-In Heaters are suitable for food industry machinery and pharmaceutical facilities. They are used for sealing and welding with and without coating. Based on uniform heat distribution, high precision of contact surfaces, reaction fast temperature ranges and shape stability due to special aging procedures perfect operating conditions and long life time is guaranteed. „Made in Europe“.
Nozzle Band Heaters
Nozzle Band Heaters find their usage at injection moulding machinery in the polymer processing industry. They melt dense and safeguard the temperature on the crucial spots. They are further suitable for Hot Runner tools, for transferring tubes with bitumen processing, for bag sealers, for filling devices (food industry) and for special purpose machinery manufacture.
