Our products are cold-bent without wrinkles on state-of-the-art CNC mandrel bending machines. On request we can produce extension pipe bends according to your specific requirements. Besides our standard range of stock products in stainless steel, we also process aluminium.

Stainless steel pipe bends for pneumatic conveying systems

For use in clean air pipe systems, pipe bends with small bending radii are the ideal alter- native to type 3 pipe bends with welded-on leg extensions.

Glass pipe bends
For conveying abrasive media or for high flow rates, we can supply you with glass pipe bends made from 3.3 borosilicate glass with a copper grounding strip. These have a service life at least 10 times longer than that of stainless steel pipe bends.

Highly wear-resistant stainless steel pipe bends HVA NIRO®
We can supply you with highly wear-resistant stainless steel pipe bends which have a service life 20 - 30 times longer than that of standard stainless steel pipe bends. This high degree of wear protection is required, for example, for conveying of fibreglass-reinforced plastic granules or similarly abrasive media. • Diameters from 38.0 mm to 139.7 mm • Wall thicknesses from 1.5 mm to 5.0 mm • Radii of 250 / 500 / 800 / 1000 mm • For highly abrasive products • Easy installation • No stepped pipe couplings and no flange connections required Highly wear-resistant branch pipes are also available in all sizes, diameters and angle degrees. Complete coupling stations are also available in highly wear-resistant versions.
DWR Double-skin high wear-resistant stainless steel pipe bends
Our highly wear-resistant DWR double-skin pipe bends are available in two product versions: 1. “Product-on-product” version In this variant, the classic “double skin” comes into effect. After the wear has taken place on the internal pipe bend, you are conveying “product on product”. 2. DWR double-skin pipe bend „lined with concrete" In this variant, the double skin is lined with concrete, which reduces the signs of wear even further.
