Precision and perfection for over 40 years!
We offer everything from a single source, from the design and construction of high-precision injection molds to the production of particularly sophisticated plastic parts and the complete assembly of components.
With almost 60 employees, we serve a wide range of customers and produce a wide variety of technical plastic injection molded parts, from tiny connecting parts (0.03 g) for the medical industry to housings (up to 430 g), e.g. for the electrical industry.
Our many years of know-how in the construction of injection molds, e.g. for insert/outsert technology, the reel-to-reel process and the implementation of technologies such as gray room production, gas internal pressure or multi-component technology are used.
Our own automation department and a permanent partner for large projects complete our profile.

Mold making as a guarantee of success The key to the economical production of high-quality plastic parts lies in a perfect injection molding tool. With over 20 years of experience, we stand for a variety of ideas and an outstanding reputation for special quality awareness. We have special know-how in insert/outsert technology and we manufacture high-end molds for the reel-to-reel process. All parts are manufactured entirely in-house in Germany. Our high standard is based on our experience from our own production. Our quality management ensures maximum efficiency. We develop our products in close cooperation with the customer and the requirements from practice. In this way, we lay the foundation for outstanding end products and smooth production right from the design stage. Gindele GmbH produces medical secretion bags for Medela AG The Medela disposable collection system offers the user reliability through intelligent design. Safe and hygienic fluid management in the operating room is made easy. The simple one-handed operation makes it easy to use and contributes to efficiency in the operating room process. On behalf of the Swiss company Medela, an innovative assembly line was implemented that impresses with its process-reliable and downtime-free operation. The system is characterized by the direct linking of the upstream injection molding process and thus enables highly efficient and high-quality production. Gindele GmbH was able to implement this system in a short time through cooperation with several partners. Integrated quality control ensures consistently high quality. The successful implementation of this project underlines Gindele's competence as an innovative partner for the medical technology industry. It is an example of future-oriented technology and close cooperation in this area. The system impresses with its high process reliability, efficiency and flexibility and fully meets Medela's high standards of quality and reliability.
