Gear Motion GmbH, based in Ehingen (Donau), is your experienced specialist for technical plastic injection molding, high-precision plastic components, and innovative hybrid technology. For decades, we have been developing and manufacturing sophisticated plastic components, plastic-metal composite parts, and functionally integrated assemblies for industrial applications with the highest quality requirements. As a certified automotive supplier, we stand for precision, process reliability, and cost-effective series production. Our range of services includes 1K and 2K plastic injection molding, overmolding, and the production of hybrid components. This results in high-precision plastic gears, drive components, inserts, and complex functional components that meet the highest demands for dimensional accuracy, temperature resistance, and wear resistance.
As a development partner, we support our customers from the initial idea to a production-ready solution. We assist with design, material selection, and component optimization as early as the concept phase. Through Moldflow simulations, FEM calculations, and design-for-manufacturing approaches, we reduce weight, material usage, and production costs while simultaneously increasing component performance. Rapid prototyping and 3D printing enable fast validation of new plastic solutions and significantly shorten time-to-market.
Our in-house toolmaking department is a key component of our vertical integration. Here, injection molds and production molds are created using state-of-the-art CAD/CAM technology, high-speed milling, and die-sinking and wire EDM. The close integration of development, toolmaking, and series production ensures short response times, optimized cycle times, and consistent process quality. This combination creates flexibility and reliability in the series production of technical plastic components.
Our customers primarily come from the automotive, electromobility, drive technology, medical technology, mechanical engineering, and household appliance industries. As an IATF 16949-certified manufacturer, we meet all the requirements of modern automotive processes. At the same time, Bebusch Hungária KFT strengthens our international production structure in the field of plastic injection molding. The company possesses extensive expertise in assembly and enables us to supply our customers in Eastern Europe from close proximity. This coordinated group of companies allows us to offer integrated solutions in plastics engineering, metalworking, and hybrid technology from a single source.
