Heaterbands
Heaterbands belong to the category of electrical resistance heating elements. Heatingbands are used to heat cylinders and flanges.
Nozzle Heaters
Nozzle heating bands are electrical heating elements that are used in the plastics processing industry. Depending on the application, the nozzle heaters guarantee a homogeneous temperature curve and are designed according to the application to maintain the viscosity of a wide variety of materials and to guarantee uniform processing. For high melting temperatures (PVC, glass fiber reinforced) and for corrosive materials (PVC), we recommend using stainless steel heating elements. All heating elements can optionally be equipped with an integrated type J or K thermocouple. They are available in brass, stainless steel or ceramic jacket materials, depending on the required application or operating temperature.

Flat heating elements A flat heater is an electrical heating element used to heat flat surfaces. Surface heating elements can be made both as flat heating elements and at an angle. This makes them particularly suitable for heating local or hard-to-reach positions. Thanks to their flat properties, the heat is distributed very evenly.
Cartridge Heaters
Our cartridge heaters can be used in a variety of thermal processes and are ideal for heating applications in the packaging, plastics, textile and paper industries as well as in special machine construction. The heating elements have a high density and are suitable for use at temperatures of up to 750 °C. Thanks to ideal production conditions, we guarantee you a combination of fast delivery times, an optimum price-performance ratio and a high quality standard. Screw-in heater
Screw-in heating elements are electrical heating elements that are used to heat liquid and gaseous media. The element consists of three parts: The bent tubular heating element, the screw-in thread and the connection housing.
Tubular heating elements
Due to the manufacturing process, our tubular heaters are flexible when cold and can be bent into a variety of shapes. The tubular radiators are available in two diameters, 6.5 mm and 8.5 mm, with five connection variants. The further appearance of the tubular heater is made to measure.
Isoliermanschette
The use of the flexible ISOHeat insulation system prevents heat loss and thus reduces energy costs. Very good results are achieved when insulating heated cylinders in injection molding and extrusion processes. On average, savings of 20-40% can be expected. In addition, the ambient air heats up significantly less. A safer working environment is also created for operators, as the surface temperature is 50-70% lower.
Hot Runner
A hot runner controller is an industrial device that controls the temperature in different channels or zones within a system. It provides precise control over the heat output to specific spaces, enabling efficient temperature control. Hot runner controllers optimize industrial climate control, promote energy efficiency and increase comfort.
Plastic recycling machines
The crushed granules are then fed into the injection molding machine and heated. They are then injected into the molds at the right temperature and time.
